Spiritual Travel to Egypt – Trip Fees and Payment Schedule for 2014

Includes: All travel, meals, and lodging. (Airfare to and from Cairo not included.)
A deposit of $800 paid by check or money order will reserve your place on this trip.
Please mail this in by May 1st unless I notify you of a change in this date. The full and final payment is on July 8th, 2014.

Late Payments
If the final payment is one week or more late without prior arrangements, a late fee of $200 will be assessed. I reserve the right to drop anyone who does not complete their final payment two weeks after the due date without a refund.
Single Lodging Supplement
A single supplement of $950 will ensure you a room to yourself at the hotels, and on the cruise, if the trip is not full. Please note that if you are the last person to sign up and we are not full you may have to pay for a single supplement of $950.00 as you will have a room to yourself.
Cancellations
The deposit is fully refunded if I cancel the trip for any reason. Otherwise it is not-refundable and this is why traveler’s insurance is important. You may go to Travel Insured International or to find out the details or you can go to www.squaremouth.com to look at comparison insurances.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, all cancellations must be in writing, and are effective based on the date received. You may send your cancellation notice to: Sharlyn Hidalgo, 116 NE 62nd St, Seattle, WA, 98115. Refunds will be granted on the following schedule:
Deposits are non-refundable
Partial refunds may be given prior to 90 days before departure in accordance with the situation.
- Up to 90 days prior to departure: Full refund minus original deposit. (Before June 8, 2014)
- 89 – 65 days prior to departure: 50% refund of payments over deposit minus any non-refundable expenses pre-paid to travel Suppliers. (As payments are made according to the schedule, the money is sent on to secure hotels, air travel and other services during the journey.) (June 9 – July 3)
- Less than 64 days: No refund of payments received. (July 4)
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
Reserving Airfare
It is recommended to wait to buy your plane tickets until 6 weeks before the trip, during the last week of July. If I have to cancel the trip due to civil unrest, I will return a full refund of any money you have sent for your land travel, including your deposit.
