You will leave the day understanding how to access the healing properties of the oils in practical ways, and you’ll be ready to integrate them into your daily life.

Your Instructors:

This unique workshop is co-taught by Martha Buldain and Elizabeth Schermer. Their collaboration brings diverse expertise and a depth of experience to create a rich and multi-dimensional day.

Throughout the Course of the Day You Will Receive:

  • An introduction to the properties and uses of ten basic essential oils that will form the foundation of your own practice.
  • An energetic initiation or ‘attunement’ to deepen your own relationship with each of these oils. You’ll also connect personally to the places and people who have made these oils possible.
  • Experience and training in formulating blends to meet various purposes. We will develop two recipes together, and with Martha’s guidance you will personally create two blends to take home.

The Workshop will Meet a Variety of Levels and Experience:

  • Beginners will learn fundamental principles and practices.
  • Those with more experience will receive new understanding about the potential for each of the oils, including what the oils have taught Martha through her years of working with them.

  • When: Sunday, February 8, 2015
  • Time: 10 am – 5 pm
  • Where: OHA Headquarters, 4818 14th Ave NW. 98107. (Located in Ballard just north of the corner of 14th and Leary.)
  • Cost: $145.
  • Registration: Your $40 deposit holds your spot. Registration is applied to tuition. The remainder is due at the class.

Tuition Includes:

  • Detailed handouts including history and application methods for oils.
  • Thorough descriptions of each of the ten foundational oils, including practical uses.
  • Two original oil blends. You create these in the workshop and take them home with you.

  • All the oils presented in the class will be available for purchase. These are the highest quality oils available in the world today, personally selected by Martha.
  • A variety of additional products will also be available for purchase, including Martha’s original essential oil blends, and her complete line of face care and body lotions.
