Much of the information contained in my presentation is derived from Bay Area teacher Liu Ming’s teachings on the Year of the Horse. This year’s presentation was held in Oakland CA on Feb 8.

I attend these presentations in person every year and find them immensely valuable in understanding my own alignment with the natural cycles of time. For the past several years, Liu Ming has donated the proceeds from his talks to funding grass roots educational projects in Asia. He visits personally to connect with the schools and monastery communities and deliver our monetary gifts. In exchange for our resources, the monks of these communities spend a certain amount of time each year in prayer for our well being.
